Day 1 Thursday 6th November

Arrive at Berlin Brandenburg airport where you’ll be met by an STT Tour host in the Arrivals Hall before you are driven to our host hotel for your 4-night stay. The 5* Radisson Collection Berlin is located right in the heart of the Alexanderplatz area next to some of the city’s incredible museums as well as the Berlin TV Tower. This evening we’ll host our private welcome reception with food and drinks included, where you'll get a chance to meet your fellow travellers.   

Day 2 Friday 7th November  

After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, you have the first day of your 2-day Hop-on-Hop-off tour of Berlin which is included in your package. The trip includes stops at all the most famous sights and as the title suggests is totally flexible, you can get off and on as many times as you want.  

Day 3 Saturday 8th November

Don’t forget breakfast is included each day at the hotel! This morning, we meet at 8.45am for the short walk to the Berlin TV Tower. Your entrance includes a trip to the very top where you’ll enjoy panoramic views over the whole city. Whilst in the Tower we also include a unique Virtual Reality experience where you’ll go back in time to see Berlin through the centuries. After the tour ends, you’ll continue the Hop on Hop off bus tour, make sure you take time to visit the Brandenburg gate as well as Check Point Charlie. This evening, we host our Exclusive Saturday Night Party. The party is a traditional German evening in an amazing venue, we’ll include music, big screen TV’s as well amazing German food and of course plenty of the famous German Beer. You’ll also get to meet an NFL Legend.  

Day 4 Sunday 9th November

Game Day!! After breakfast we board our bus to the stadium for our legendary Tailgate Party, our venue is next to the stadium and features an all-you-can-eat tailgate menu as well as unlimited beer, wine, and sodas, with a cash bar for premium drinks and liquor. We’ll have big screen TV’s showing the NFL Network build up to the big game as well as a DJ and lots of tailgate games. Then it's a walk into the stadium for the big game. At the end of the game, we take you right back to the hotel where you’ll be able to enjoy the Sunday evening NFL games at a local bar. 

Day 5 Monday 10th November 

After one final breakfast your private driver will take you back to the airport for your journey home.  

Q: What entry requirements are there to travel to Germany?

A: If you hold a full US passport, and your stay in Germany will be 90 days or less, you do NOT require a visa to enter Germany. However, your passport must have an ‘expiry date’ at least 6 months after the date you arrive. If you do not hold a full US passport then please contact Sports Travel Tours for advice on next steps.

Q: Are Flights Included in this package?

A: NO Flights are not included with this package; you have the option to either call us to get a quote for flights to add to this package or you can book the flights yourself.

Q: If we book flights ourselves what dates and arrival and departure times should we use?

A: Firstly, please make sure all flights arrive and depart from Berlin Brandenberg Airport. Secondly for this trip you will need to depart from the US on Wednesday afternoon/evening (most flights are overnight from the US arriving on the morning of Thursday). Ideally your flight should arrive into Berlin between 7am and 2pm

Q: If I decide to add extra nights will you still provide airport transfers?

A: Yes, providing the extra nights are booked through us as the pricing of the transfer is built into the extra night prices. If you choose to book another hotel for the extra nights, then you will be responsible for your own journey to/from the airport.

Q: What time should I depart on the last day of the trip?

A: You are free to depart at any time on the final day of the trip as most flights depart Germany to the US in the morning, we don't schedule any activity for that final day. Breakfast begins at the hotel at 6.30am so if your flights leave early in the morning then you will miss this final meal.

Q: What time can I check into my room?

A: Check in time at the hotel is from 3pm onwards. When you arrive at the hotel you'll meet your tour host at our hospitality desk located in the lobby, and they will assist with the check in process. As you will arrive earlier than the check in time, the hotel will allow you to store your bags in a secure room until the room is ready, and you'll be free to start exploring the local area whilst this is being done.

Q: What clothes will I need for the trip?

A: Unfortunately, there is no correct answer to this question, Germany’s weather is notoriously changeable so we recommend keeping an eye on the forecast in the days leading up to the trip, but still pack a selection of clothing as forecasters do it get it wrong! One thing that is important is that you pack comfortable shoes. Berlin is a walking city, and even with our fantastic Hop on Hop off Bus Tour in order to make the most of your time you'll definitely need to walk!

Q: When/how will I get my game tickets?

A: All game tickets for the game are expected to be mobile entry. You will need a cell phone with access to data (please ask your provider about international plans ahead of your trip). On arrival your tour host at the reception desk will assist you in downloading the ticket onto your phone. Please note, you will be provided with the exact location of your seat approximately 2 weeks prior to your departure, however we can only transfer your ticket when you arrive at the hotel in London.
