Day 1 – Friday, 9 October

Welcome to New Orleans! Make your way to the fabulous Hilton Riverside Hotel, perfectly positioned on the banks of the Mississippi River and just a short stroll from the iconic French Quarter. Its prime location makes it the ideal base for experiencing everything the Big Easy has to offer.

After checking in, you'll have some time to relax and settle in before we head down to the river for our exclusive Steamboat Welcome Reception. This is the perfect opportunity to meet your fellow travelers, enjoy your first taste of New Orleans hospitality, and kick off an unforgettable three-night NOLA experience.

Day 2 – Saturday, 10 October

After breakfast, the day is yours to explore the vibrant city of New Orleans at your own pace.

A range of optional excursions is available, including an exhilarating airboat swamp tour, a hop-on hop-off city sightseeing tour, or one of the city's famous cemetery tours. However you choose to spend your day, you'll discover the unique culture, music, history, and cuisine that make New Orleans one of America's most exciting destinations.

Day 3 – Sunday, 11 October

It's game day!

We'll make an early start as we head to our Ultimate Pre-Game Tailgate Party, located just a short walk from the Caesars Superdome. Kicking off at 8:00 am, the party features authentic Louisiana cuisine, an open bar, live entertainment, and an incredible game-day atmosphere.

When it's time, we'll join the famous SKOL March to the stadium, accompanied by our lively Second Line brass band, before taking our seats as the Minnesota Vikings take on the New Orleans Saints.

Following the game, we'll return to the hotel to freshen up before heading out to celebrate with a memorable final evening in New Orleans.

Day 4 – Monday, 12 October

After breakfast, it's time to check out and begin your journey home, taking with you unforgettable memories of an incredible weekend in New Orleans and an amazing NFL experience.

 Travel Insurance

Buy travel protection from Travel Insured International

We always recommend you take out Travel Insurance and below we've listed just some of the reasons why:

  1. Life is unpredictable. Some trips need to be cancelled.
With the right travel insurance, you won't have to pay for a trip you are unable to take.
  2. Most lost luggage takes five days to return to its owner.
Travel insurance provides coverage to replace needed items right away.
  3. Lost or forgotten medication?
Travel insurance will assist you in locating a pharmacy to purchase a new prescription.
  4. Travelers stateside and abroad can become ill or injured during their trip.
Travel insurance can provide peace of mind – especially for travel outside the United States, where many hospitals request cash payments in the thousands before treatment can even begin.
  5. Health insurance may not go the distance.
The majority of health insurance (including Medicare), worker’s compensation insurance, third-party and personal liability policies don’t cover international travel. In fact, a closer look at the inside of your passport will reveal that the government recommends travel insurance when traveling outside the United States.
  6. In the event of a natural disaster, airline strike or act of terrorism, airlines will not refund the cost of your ticket. Travel Insurance plans can cover the cost and help you get home quickly and safely.
  7. Credit card coverage, homeowners and auto insurance, none of these provide sufficient coverage for travel. Even combined, they may not offset the cost of a medical emergency overseas.
  8. In the unlikely case of supplier default. If a cruise line, airline or other travel provider ceases operations, travel insurance saves you from paying for a trip you'll really never get to take.
  9. We all experience tough economic times.
The loss of a job or other income might mean a trip planned in advance may have to wait. Travel insurance puts cash back into your hands when you need it most.
