Day 1 – Friday July 24: Depart for Pittsburgh
Make your way to Pittsburgh International Airport. Upon arrival, your tour host will meet you at baggage claim before transferring directly to the hotel. You’ll be staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites North Shore, perfectly located just a five-minute walk from PNC Park.
The remainder of the afternoon and evening is yours to enjoy—start exploring the North Shore’s many bars and restaurants at your leisure.
Day 2 – Saturday, July 25: PNC Park
The morning is free to walk over to the Golden Triangle (the downtown area), why not visit the Western Pennsylvania Sports Museum, to discover the region’s rich sporting history. This afternoon we meet at 2.45pm and head to PNC Park for a 3pm behind-the-scenes tour of this beautiful ballpark—home of the Pittsburgh Pirates—before taking our seats for tonight’s matchup: Cubs vs. Pirates.
Day 3 – Sunday, July 26: Explore the Steel City
Enjoy breakfast (included each morning), then spend your free time discovering the best of Pittsburgh. Ride the historic Monongahela Incline for sweeping views over the city’s iconic Golden Triangle, or explore the rich athletic heritage of the region at the Western Pennsylvania Sports Museum.
We’ll reconvene at 11:45am for a short walk to PNC Park as the Chicago Cubs face off once again against the Pittsburgh Pirates in Game 2 of the series, at 1.35pm
Day 3 – Monday, July 27: Last Day
Your final day is free before your driver collects you for the journey back to the airport and your flight home.
