Day 1 Wednesday 3rd September

Arrive into São Paulo International Airport where you'll be met by the STT tour hosts in the arrivals hall. The hosts will introduce you to your driver who will take you straight to the 4* Melia Paulista our home for the next 3 nights. The Melia Paulista is located right on the famous Paulista Avenue with its multitude of bars, restaurants and shops. You'll be welcomed in the lobby by another tour host who will assist you with check-in and provide your tour gifts as well as providing an orientation of the local area. The rest of the day is free to start exploring the city.

Day 2 Thursday 4th September

Breakfast at the hotel is included each day, make sure you take full advantage as the offering is fantastic. Then, we'll meet in the lobby for our half day city tour which will take you to some of the most interesting and historic areas of São Paulo. Included will be a trip to the Museu do Futebol where you'll get to use all the interactive exhibits as well as learn about some of the most famous players in the World. The afternoon is free before we meet again for our Thursday Night Opening Day Party. Our venue is a fabulous traditional Brazilian bar just 5 minutes’ walk from our hotel where we'll introduce you to some wonderful local delicacies as well as more traditional international food. The drinks are all inclusive and we'll have entertainment from a local Samba band as well as showing the Opening game of the 2025 NFL season live on TV.

Day 3 Friday 5th September

Make sure you start the day with breakfast at the hotel, and then you'll have a little free time before we meet to head over to our private pregame tailgate party right next to the stadium where food, drinks as well as a DJ and band will entertain you for 4 hours prior to kick off. Then you'll simply walk across the street and into the Neo Química Arena (home of the Brazilian football giants, Corinthians) for the 2nd NFL game in Brazil. After the game the buses will pick us up at the Tailgate Party venue and take us back to the hotel for a well-earned rest.

Day 4 Saturday 6th September

After last nights' late night, sleep in (but make sure you're up in time to get one last breakfast). You'll have some more free time for some last-minute shopping or sightseeing before your driver picks you up for the journey back to the airport.

 FAQ

Q: Are Flights Included in this package?

A: No, flights are NOT included in either package. You can either purchase your own flight or call us for a flight quote. If you choose to purchase your own flight, ensure you arrive into Brazil on the 3rd September. Please note that most flights into São Paulo are overnight and therefore you would need to depart on the 2nd September.

Q: What entry requirements are there to go to Brazil?

A: All citizens of the US and Canada with a US or Canadian passport must obtain a visa BEFORE travelling to Brazil. The visa process is online and the link is here https://brazil.vfsevisa.com please consult the website for the information you’ll require to complete the application prior to starting the process. The cost for the visa application is $80.90.

Q: What do I need to know when I arrive in Brazil?

A: The most important thing to remember when you arrive at the border control point at the airport in Brazil is to ensure that the border official puts an official stamp in your passport. If your passport is not stamped, then, you MAY be fined when you leave.

Q: Are there any documents/information that I need to show at the point of entry?

A:  At Brazil border control, you must show your passport and a PRINTED copy of your pdf eVisa.

Q: Are there any special vaccinations required for travel to Brazil?

A: No special vaccinations are required for travel to either São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro. Please consult your doctor if you have any health-related questions.

Q: What time can I check into my room?

A: Check in time at the hotel is from 3pm onwards. When you arrive at the hotel, you'll meet your tour host at our hospitality desk located in the lobby, and they will assist with the check in process. As you will arrive earlier than the check in time, the hotel will allow you to store your bags in a secure room until the room is ready, and you'll be free to start exploring the local area whilst this is being done.

Q: When/how will I get my game tickets?

A: All game tickets are expected to be mobile entry. You will need a cell phone with access to data (please ask your provider about international plans ahead of your trip). On arrival your tour host at the reception desk will assist you in downloading the ticket onto your phone. Please note, you will be provided with the exact location of your seat approximately 2 weeks prior to your departure, however we can only transfer your ticket when you arrive at the hotel in Brazil.

Buy travel protection from Travel Insured International

We always recommend you take out Travel Insurance and below we've listed just some of the reasons why:

  1. Life is unpredictable. Some trips need to be cancelled.
With the right travel insurance, you won't have to pay for a trip you are unable to take.
  2. Most lost luggage takes five days to return to its owner.
Travel insurance provides coverage to replace needed items right away.
  3. Lost or forgotten medication?
Travel insurance will assist you in locating a pharmacy to purchase a new prescription.
  4. Travelers stateside and abroad can become ill or injured during their trip.
Travel insurance can provide peace of mind – especially for travel outside the United States, where many hospitals request cash payments in the thousands before treatment can even begin.
  5. Health insurance may not go the distance.
The majority of health insurance (including Medicare), worker’s compensation insurance, third-party and personal liability policies don’t cover international travel. In fact, a closer look at the inside of your passport will reveal that the government recommends travel insurance when traveling outside the United States.
  6. In the event of a natural disaster, airline strike or act of terrorism, airlines will not refund the cost of your ticket. Travel Insurance plans can cover the cost and help you get home quickly and safely.
  7. Credit card coverage, homeowners and auto insurance, none of these provide sufficient coverage for travel. Even combined, they may not offset the cost of a medical emergency overseas.
  8. In the unlikely case of supplier default. If a cruise line, airline or other travel provider ceases operations, travel insurance saves you from paying for a trip you'll really never get to take.
  9. We all experience tough economic times.
The loss of a job or other income might mean a trip planned in advance may have to wait. Travel insurance puts cash back into your hands when you need it most.
