Day 1 – Friday July 24: Depart for Pittsburgh

Depart from London Heathrow Airport on your flight to Pittsburgh. Upon arrival, your tour host will meet you at baggage claim before transferring directly to the hotel. You’ll be staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites North Shore, perfectly located just a five-minute walk from PNC Park.

The remainder of the afternoon and evening is yours to enjoy—start exploring the North Shore’s many bars and restaurants at your leisure.

 

Day 2 – Saturday, July 25: PNC Park 

The morning is free to walk over to the Golden Triangle (the downtown area), why not visit the Western Pennsylvania Sports Museum, to discover the region’s rich sporting history. This afternoon we meet and head to PNC Park for a behind-the-scenes tour of this beautiful ballpark—home of the Pittsburgh Pirates—before taking our seats for tonight’s matchup: Cubs vs. Pirates. 

  

Day 3 – Sunday, July 26: Explore the Steel City 

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast (included daily), then the morning and afternoon are yours to explore Pittsburgh. Take the historic Monongahela Incline for panoramic views across the city. Later, return to PNC Park for Game 2 of the series as the Cubs take on the Pirates once again. 

  

Day 3 – Monday, July 27: Last Day 

Your final day is free before your driver collects you for the journey back to the airport and your flight home.

  6. In the event of a natural disaster, airline strike or act of terrorism, airlines will not refund the cost of your ticket. Travel Insurance plans can cover the cost and help you get home quickly and safely.
  7. Credit card coverage, homeowners and auto insurance, none of these provide sufficient coverage for travel. Even combined, they may not offset the cost of a medical emergency overseas.
  8. In the unlikely case of supplier default. If a cruise line, airline or other travel provider ceases operations, travel insurance saves you from paying for a trip you'll really never get to take.
  9. We all experience tough economic times.
    The loss of a job or other income might mean a trip planned in advance may have to wait. Travel insurance puts cash back into your hands when you need it most.
