Itinerary

Day 1 Wednesday 29th April

Make your way to Heathrow Airport for your non stop flight to Miami. After landing, clear immigration, collect your luggage and exit into the arrivals halls where your tour host will meet you. From there, you’ll head directly to the AC Fort Lauderdale Beach Hotel for your 5-night stay. This stylish hotel sits just steps from the Atlantic Ocean, offering views of both the shoreline and the Intracoastal Waterway. At 7pm, we’ll gather at the pool bar—famous for its stunning ocean views—for a welcome reception pool party. With food, drinks, and those incredible vistas, it’s the perfect start to a trip packed with speed, excitement, and sunshine!

Day 2 Thursday 30th April

Breakfast in the hotel is included every day, so make sure you take full advantage!! Today, we ease into the weekend at a relaxed pace. After breakfast, you're free to head out and explore or simply unwind by the water—just don't forget the sunscreen! In the late afternoon, we’ll make our first visit to the Miami International Autodrome as the F1 excitement kicks off with a track event. You’ll have the chance to grab food and drinks on-site and hear directly from the teams. It’s a fun, energetic way to launch the weekend!

Day 3 Friday 1st May

The Grand Prix action truly gets underway today as we make our way to the track for a full day of excitement. You’ll catch the first F1 practice session in the morning, followed by a lineup of support races. The day wraps up with the F1 Sprint Qualifying session at 4:30pm. Afterward, we’ll return to the hotel, where you’ll have the evening free to spend as you wish.

Day 4 Saturday 2nd May

It’s a jam-packed day of excitement as you take your spot for the first points of the weekend in the Sprint Race—an addition to the F1 schedule that’s brought even more drama, unpredictability, and edge-of-your-seat moments. Throughout the day, you’ll enjoy more support races before we wrap things up with the Qualifying session for tomorrow’s main event. Who will claim pole position? We can’t wait to see whether McLaren’s dominance continues or if Ferrari and Mercedes close the gap.

Day 5 Sunday 3rd May

Race Day! Make sure you fuel up at breakfast—you’ll need the energy for a full day of adrenaline. The weekend builds to its climax with support races from mid-morning leading into the drivers’ parade, and then the main event itself. Your fantastic seats offer an unparalleled view of Turn 18, where the drivers blast off the second-fastest straight on the circuit, dive into the final corner, and sprint toward the finish line. Will it be Max, Lando, Oscar, George, or someone else who takes the checkered flag and those all-important 25 points? Excitement is guaranteed.

Day 6 Monday 4th May

Savour one final breakfast, then enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure—whether that’s soaking up a bit more beach time or squeezing in some last-minute shopping. Your driver will meet you in the lobby at 4:30pm for the transfer back to Miami Airport and your flight home.

 Travel Insurance

We always recommend you take out Travel Insurance and below we've listed just some of the reasons why:

  1. Life is unpredictable. Some trips need to be cancelled.
With the right travel insurance, you won't have to pay for a trip you are unable to take.
  2. Most lost luggage takes five days to return to its owner.
Travel insurance provides coverage to replace needed items right away.
  3. Lost or forgotten medication?
Travel insurance will assist you in locating a pharmacy to purchase a new prescription.
  4. Travelers stateside and abroad can become ill or injured during their trip.
Travel insurance can provide peace of mind – especially for travel outside the United States, where many hospitals request cash payments in the thousands before treatment can even begin.
  5. Health insurance may not go the distance.
The majority of health insurance (including Medicare), worker’s compensation insurance, third-party and personal liability policies don’t cover international travel. In fact, a closer look at the inside of your passport will reveal that the government recommends travel insurance when traveling outside the United States.
  6. In the event of a natural disaster, airline strike or act of terrorism, airlines will not refund the cost of your ticket. Travel Insurance plans can cover the cost and help you get home quickly and safely.
  7. Credit card coverage, homeowners and auto insurance, none of these provide sufficient coverage for travel. Even combined, they may not offset the cost of a medical emergency overseas.
  8. In the unlikely case of supplier default. If a cruise line, airline or other travel provider ceases operations, travel insurance saves you from paying for a trip you'll really never get to take.
  9. We all experience tough economic times.
The loss of a job or other income might mean a trip planned in advance may have to wait. Travel insurance puts cash back into your hands when you need it most.
