 FAQ

Q: Are Flights Included in this package?

A: NO Flights are not included with this package; you have the option to either call us to get a quote for flights to add to this package or you can book the flights yourself.

Q: What time should I depart on the last day of the trip?

A: You are free to depart at any time on the final day of the trip, we don't schedule any activity for that final day. Breakfast begins at the hotel at 6.30am so if your flights leave early in the morning you will miss this final meal.

Q: What time can I check into my room?

A: Check in time at the hotel is from 3pm onwards. When you arrive at the hotel you'll meet your tour host at our hospitality desk located in the lobby, and they will assist with the check in process. As you will arrive earlier than the check in time, the hotel will allow you to store your bags in a secure room until the room is ready, and you'll be free to start exploring the local area whilst this is being done.

Q: When/how will I get my game tickets?

A: All game tickets for the games at Croke Park are expected to be mobile entry. You will need a cell phone with access to data (please ask your provider about international plans ahead of your trip). On arrival your tour host at the reception desk will assist you in downloading the ticket onto your phone. Please note, you will be provided with the exact location of your seat approximately 2 weeks prior to your departure, however we can only transfer your ticket when you arrive at the hotel in Dublin.

Q: Are there any age restrictions for this trip?

A: No. All our events are family friendly and whilst Alcohol is served at all the events children of any age are welcome to take part but will not be served alcohol.

Q: How does the deposit work and can I get my deposit back if I can no longer travel?

A: In order to guarantee your space on the trip we require you to pay a refundable deposit of £300 per person. Once the NFL formally announces the date of the game you will then have a period of 7 days to make a final decision as to whether you wish to confirm your place. If you wish to go ahead with the trip, you will be required to pay a further payment of £300 per person as soon as you have done this all your payment becomes non-refundable.  The final balance of the trip will then be due 90 days prior to departure. Please note that once the deposit becomes non-refundable, from that point on all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, and we therefore advise you to make sure you take out appropriate travel insurance to cover you in the event you are not able to travel.

 Travel Insurance

We always recommend you take out Travel Insurance and below we've listed just some of the reasons why:

  1. Life is unpredictable. Some trips need to be cancelled.
With the right travel insurance, you won't have to pay for a trip you are unable to take.
  2. Most lost luggage takes five days to return to its owner.
Travel insurance provides coverage to replace needed items right away.
  3. Lost or forgotten medication?
Travel insurance will assist you in locating a pharmacy to purchase a new prescription.
  4. Travelers stateside and abroad can become ill or injured during their trip.
Travel insurance can provide peace of mind – especially for travel outside the United States, where many hospitals request cash payments in the thousands before treatment can even begin.
  5. Health insurance may not go the distance.
The majority of health insurance (including Medicare), worker’s compensation insurance, third-party and personal liability policies don’t cover international travel. In fact, a closer look at the inside of your passport will reveal that the government recommends travel insurance when traveling outside the United States.
  6. In the event of a natural disaster, airline strike or act of terrorism, airlines will not refund the cost of your ticket. Travel Insurance plans can cover the cost and help you get home quickly and safely.
  7. Credit card coverage, homeowners and auto insurance, none of these provide sufficient coverage for travel. Even combined, they may not offset the cost of a medical emergency overseas.
  8. In the unlikely case of supplier default. If a cruise line, airline or other travel provider ceases operations, travel insurance saves you from paying for a trip you'll really never get to take.
  9. We all experience tough economic times.
The loss of a job or other income might mean a trip planned in advance may have to wait. Travel insurance puts cash back into your hands when you need it most.
