After time to check in the group will meet on the roof top bar for our exclusive Welcome Party. The event includes food and drinks, and you'll meet our Special Cowboys Guest (Guest will be announced week of the event).

Day 2

Thanksgiving Day!! Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel (included in your package) and the rest of the morning is free to start exploring the Stockyards District. We'll meet in the Hotel at 11.30am for the short drive to Arlington. Our "Ultimate Tailgate Party" is located right across from the stadium and includes all you can eat Texas BBQ, Beer, wine and soft drinks as well as a DJ getting everyone ready for the big game. There are big screen TV's showing the early game and tailgate games as well as a Cowboys Legend signing autographs. Then you'll walk across the street into the stadium as the Cowboys host the traditional Thanksgiving Day Game. After the game we head straight back to the Stockyards for the rest of the evening.

Day 3

After breakfast, we head back to Arlington for a behind the scenes tour of the fabulous AT&T Stadium, you'll see the press box, the pitch side clubs as well as getting time to throw a football around on the field itself, not forgetting the locker rooms and the Cheerleader changing rooms. Then we head back to the hotel where you can either spend the rest of the day exploring Fort Worth and its Cowboy history through the bars and restaurants or you can choose to book the JFK Assassination Tour and head into Dallas and learn more about one of the darkest events in that city's history.

Day 4

The majority of the day is free for some last minute retail therapy or for some more sightseeing before we head back to the airport for your flight back to London.

 Travel Insurance

We always recommend you take out Travel Insurance and below we've listed just some of the reasons why:

  1. Life is unpredictable. Some trips need to be cancelled.
With the right travel insurance, you won't have to pay for a trip you are unable to take.
  2. Most lost luggage takes five days to return to its owner.
Travel insurance provides coverage to replace needed items right away.
  3. Lost or forgotten medication?
Travel insurance will assist you in locating a pharmacy to purchase a new prescription.
  4. Travelers stateside and abroad can become ill or injured during their trip.
Travel insurance can provide peace of mind – especially for travel outside the United States, where many hospitals request cash payments in the thousands before treatment can even begin.
  5. Health insurance may not go the distance.
The majority of health insurance (including Medicare), worker’s compensation insurance, third-party and personal liability policies don’t cover international travel. In fact, a closer look at the inside of your passport will reveal that the government recommends travel insurance when traveling outside the United States.
  6. In the event of a natural disaster, airline strike or act of terrorism, airlines will not refund the cost of your ticket. Travel Insurance plans can cover the cost and help you get home quickly and safely.
  7. Credit card coverage, homeowners and auto insurance, none of these provide sufficient coverage for travel. Even combined, they may not offset the cost of a medical emergency overseas.
  8. In the unlikely case of supplier default. If a cruise line, airline or other travel provider ceases operations, travel insurance saves you from paying for a trip you'll really never get to take.
  9. We all experience tough economic times.
The loss of a job or other income might mean a trip planned in advance may have to wait. Travel insurance puts cash back into your hands when you need it most.
