How does an advance registration deposit work?
While we await the announcement of the event dates/trip pricing, you can confirm your interest in this package by submitting a fully refundable $500 per person deposit.

Once paid, the deposit is held in our system and guarantees that you’ll be able to confirm this trip.
Once the dates/trip pricing is announced you will have a 7-day period to decide whether to go ahead with the trip.
5. If you wish to confirm the trip there is nothing you need to do, the system will automatically confirm the trip and you’ll receive a follow up receipt detailing when the final balance is due.
If you decide NOT to go ahead with the booking, then please send us an email confirming this, and we will cancel your reservation and immediately refund the $500 per person deposit.
